The Delivery time shall vary anywhere between 7-10 business day that shall be determined on multiple external factors and also on the terms and conditions put forth by the Logistical service provider which includes but is not limited to the place of delivery. The approximate delivery time shall be informed by you.

Pre-order and back-orderen items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. International shipping
We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.
Tracking orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on 3am.co.in, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact 3AM Customer Service to track your order.
